‘Tell it like it is’ is a collection of (often) angry op-ed letters from various sources, some real and some highly questionable. But they amused us, so we posted them.
An Open Letter To Gen X
Look, I want to make this as short and as sweet as possible so that I don’t distract you from sitting on your asses waiting to be next at-bat for running things, even though you constantly remind all of us that you have no interest in anything.
Fact is, it’s good you all just mope around, bitching about how things were different when you were younger, how music when you were club hopping was better than it is now, how you all knew “how to dress”, how you all partied with coke til 6 am when the weekend came around, and how you are absolutely NOTHING like your parents.
Not only does that give us a clear example of what not to do with our lives, but also makes it so much easier for us to get our early shot to clean up this mess our grandparents, or your parents, left behind.
So please, let me appeal once again to you through the only good ear you have left after all of that metal music you listened to: sit this one out. We got this. You’ve been inactively fighting the neutral fight for so long, you must be exhausted from all of the back-patting you have been doing.
Sincerely,
- Jerry Mavid Dulligan
Who hurt you, youngster?
Yeah how come you’re so angry man. What’s with you.
Stop your whining. If you really want to do something with your life then do it. You don’t need to ask others to step aside and give you permission. Such a millennial full of excuses. What a loser.
Jerry Mavid Dulligan, ahahahahahahaha, brilliant
Haha – My thought exactly. 😀
